Whether you are in need of eggs, seafood,  baked, goods, produce, meat, dairy, drinks, honey or local crafts, we believe you will feel better when you know who and  where your food comes from.

Why Local?

There are many good reasons why eating local – or buying local – is good for you. Studies show a correlation between local fresh foods and better living/health. Locally sourced foods may hold greater nutritional value. The less traveling in your food makes, it’s likely to be fresher and have fewer preservatives.

It’s also better for the local economy (by keeping your Money in your community) and environment (by cutting carbon footprint required to transport food to your table).

It is no wonder why the buy local movement is exploding! In 2019, there were 580 farmers’ markets operating in the Canada – nearly three times as many as in 2005! But despite all this growth, people still have a hard time finding local food. This is where we come in!
